Ultatel’s scheduled faxing feature enables you to schedule faxes to be sent at a predetermined date and time that works for your business needs. This eliminates the need to manually send faxes or remember to send them during business hours.
How Ultatel Scheduled Faxing Works
With scheduled faxing, simply upload your fax documents to Ultatel and select the date and time you wish for them to be sent. Our system will automatically send out your faxes at the scheduled time. You’ll receive notifications confirming your faxes were successfully transmitted.

Can I cancel a scheduled fax?
Yes, scheduled faxes can be canceled at any time before they are sent. Simply log in to your Ultatel account and delete the scheduled fax.
Will I receive confirmation my fax was successfully sent?
Yes, you’ll get email and SMS notifications confirming your scheduled fax was successfully transmitted at the scheduled time.
