How Microsoft Teams integration works

ULTATEL engineers will help your team install ULTATEL SBC to your office 365 tenant and enable direct routing in Microsoft Teams. Once the SBC is up, we will configure your phone numbers to be linked with Microsoft Teams users. Once this step is completed, users will be able to make calls from any version of Microsoft Teams (desktop, web and mobile).
